Paulinka's Vegetable Soup

Simple Vegetable soup

For 4 persons.


  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil or butter or lard
  • 350 g chopped vegetables mix (cauliflower, carrot, parsley, kohlrabi, leek)
  • 100 g  soup pasta
  • 1 tsp ground sweet red pepper
  • salt , black pepper and parsley leaves to garnish


  1. Heat the oil in a pot, add onion and cook stirring frequently until brown
  2. Add vegetables mix and cook for 5 minutes
  3. Stir in the ground red pepper, add 2 liters of boiled water and cook for another 10 minutes
  4. Add soup pasta and cook for 10-15 minutes
  5. Add salt and black pepper to taste
  6. Garnish with parsley leaves
