Heat the oil in a pan and add onion, carrot, leak, celery and parsley
Cover the pan and steam the vegetables
Stir in the paprika and potato purée just before the vegetables are half done
Add the steamed vegetables into the pot with potatoes and continue cooking until fork tender
Stir in marjoram, salt and garlic according to taste
Serve immediately and sprinkle with parsley leaves
